I was still reading a lot of news of people who were accusing the content creator Mr. Beast of nefarious business practice where it seems like a lot of people are actually getting a ton of clout for doing so. As a result, it seems like everyone is coming out of nowhere to make accusation and claims against the company where a lot of people are automatically taking sides of the alleged victims. Would you actually join the mob per se for the sole purpose of trying to profit on the misery of someone else?
A lot of people do get their start that way since in many cases it’s an easy opportunity for people to get a lot of support. In a lot of cases too people use the opportunity fundraise for certain causes knowing that it is a hot topic surrounding a company. It’s almost like bandwagon jumping with sports teams where depending if one is doing good or bad someone could capitalize by making and selling merchandise to highlight that fact. Would you say that is just good business or unethical as an example?
That is a reality of success too where many people need to jump in the opportunity to take someone else’s spot when they are down.
