This piece of news was going around a lot today where there was a famous influence named James Charles who seems to do things like makeup and as a popular figure he clearly has a lot of money which means one probably gets solicited all the time. This story was interesting as I know recently the company Spirit Airlines had to let go employees and one in particular decided to ask James Charles to potentially help donate some money.
This didn’t turn out as planned as James Charles actually read her message and proceeded to create a TikTok video where he basically bashed the person for even having the audacity to ask him for money citing reasons such as how she apparently doesn’t even follow him. So he went on this rant with points such as how he feels no sympathy for her as that is life and how she should just get a new job versus asking people like him.
Well, the Internet reacted negatively to his reaction where the claim was he was losing a lot of followers which then seemed to have changed his tune as he wrote the person an apology message and donated money afterwards. Apparently, she didn’t accept the money or apology. It kind of shows you where when you reach to a certain level of financial success you are constantly viewed under a microscope. If you have nothing nice to say perhaps its better to not just say anything at all huh?
