It is a bad habit to just buy things that are cheap because the deal is good. Especially for say items like junk food as you are basically spending more than you would have regardless if the item is 80% off. But that did make me think how there are a lot of people that make a decent living by simply buying these rock bottom clearance deals at the stores only to then resell it on sites like Ebay or Amazon. This is actually way cheaper than trying to buy the item wholesale from the actual manufacturer to then try and turn a profit. You could probably make some decent side money if anything doing this too.
I actually see people selling the simplest things too that a lot o people don’t normally have access to such as Costco branded food items. I’m talking about things like nuts where they just place it online and sure enough it sells. Easy $3 as an example. But try doing that for other things such as some name brand boxes of cereal you saw for 99 cents to then resell it closer to the retail price over and over and it starts to add up.
In a funny way, it can help people satisfy that itch too in terms of not wanting to waste a good deal they see where in this case turning it into a profit can make it a win-win.
