I was recently looking for some lens filters for my drone where because it is still new not a lot of manufacturers have had time to make a lens product for it. It seemed like the prices were going to be pretty high too where a set of six could cost $120. But, there was a package for about $50 or so and even though I never uses the brand I figured why not?
There is always a risk trying a different company’s products if you are used to the quality and reliability of another. But since no one else had one available and the price seemed good it’s the perfect combo to take the risk if you want to call it that. After using it today, it seems like it does the job and now I don’t have to buy a different set and at least I have another company to keep an eye out for if I need a similar item.
It can be beneficial to try the cheaper items as many times it’s the same type of product you would be getting from the more expensive ones. Except you aren’t paying a huge premium for the brand name as an example. This way too, it makes companies having to compete for your dollar.
