I was reading all these messages today on people who were trying to convince people who were looking for work to not accept these contracts from potential employers where the wage is so low that it is almost an insult to the profession. For example, offering minimum wage type of compensation for programming and marketing work.
This situation was interesting as it is one of those if people don’t it then for an offshore type of worker would. So in a sense it’s almost like those people are wasting their breathe as obviously people are accepting the offers for them to keep advertising it. The funny thing is the only thing I have seen that stopped things like that was when the people who were complaining about it instead started to create business to then create jobs for those people. A lot harder to do though huh? But in general if you really want to change things like that in the big picture you need solutions like that in my opinion.
