Like most people today I was looking for the best deals to find on Black Friday here in Canada. Not just for myself but for others as well. I was mainly looking online for most deals where Amazon seemed to be the consistent place I found a lot of deals. It actually had the best deals overall I found. So what did I buy? The first thing I bought this external SSD called the Crucial 500GB X8 Portable SSD, model CT500X8SSD9.
For some odd reason this was only about $53 and it should be way more. So that was a buy first think later deal.
The craziest deals I saw were for clothing items. For some odd reason you could buy clothing item literally for as low as two cents it seems. How is that not a price error? Either way, lucky you if you were shopping that day.
I then purchased an eternal hard drive from company called Memory Express as it seemed to be the cheapest per TB at $99 for 6TB.
Then I was trying to find some cool new release Nintendo Switch video game products for some kids. They weren’t on sale anywhere but it seemed like the store Staples put out a coupon where you could save $25 if you spent more than $75. This was a crazy deal considering these games weren’t going on sale and usually these types of items are excluded due to them being low margin as is. So I bought Luigi’s Mansion 3.
You could also use this coupon on virtually everything else. They had some great sale prices on these Samsung 500GB SSD as it seemed like most stores were offering it for about $79 today. But with this coupon you could knock off $25 more which was crazy.
So overall it was a good day of savings. Just goes to show that being aware of deals in multiple places is usually the way to go while learning the types of discount that are exclusive to those stores for your benefit.
