There are often a lot of extra perks for using services that we are already say subscribed to but are just oblivious to the fact that they exist. A great example is with the credit cards that you use as many card companies offer extra benefits such as increasing the warranty period on the products that you purchase with the credit card. But this one surprised me today where I was thinking of going to the annual fair this year and apparently there was a deal where if you showed your public transit pass you could get a two for one entry fee.
That’s nice I suppose for something I already had. That then got me curious to look at the transit site about this deal and apparently there were so many other places where just buy showing your card you can get further discounts with various businesses. For example, discounts on tickets or even free appetizers at certain restaurants.
It’s a great example on how I actually never knew you could get these extra benefits. It makes you wonder how many other free benefits you can take advantage of for the things you are subscribed to without knowing it.
