Airing Your Grievance To Clients

This is kind of mind boggling as I saw an example today of a person who appeared to be going through some stress that was work related in dealing with clients and his reaction was to actually mass e-mail everyone about his grievances and the type of clients he hates. People usually say keep your personal issues out of the workplace as an example as customers don’t want to have to deal with a grump worker who starts to scold them as if they were actually involved in the incident. All they want is to say get the service they paid for.

It also looks very unprofessional to the point where you have to wonder if the person will blow up like that to you one day which makes them a liability of sort. You can have the best technical skills in the world, but a lot of times it does come down to whether or not people feel comfortable around certain people. Who likes to be around those who can’t maintain their emotional state huh?

You have to treat it as work time per se when you are dealing with customers versus say your buddy you just want to vent to.
