While kids usually look forward to Halloween day as it means getting a lot of free candy, for stores that weren’t able to sell through its Halloween inventory they begin to mark down all the candy and costumes a clearance prices. Because of that, a lot of adults treat that as their Halloween day as some people stock up literally on hundreds of dollars’ worth of candy because of the heavy discount. The candy aisles usually looking like some Black Friday sale too.
Are you the type of person that holds out all year from buying candy until this one day as an example to satisfy your sugar craving? In some strange way it can actually be good training for delated gratification as these types of items are often bought sporadically by people because it seems like a cheap grab and go item.
