I was reading some news today on how you can use Adobe applications such as Photoshop in ChatGPT now which means you can upload a file and ask ChatGPT to edit it as it will act like your personal designer utilizing those apps. That’s a pretty powerful tool and I know a lot of people have been moving away from Adobe products due to its business model and pricing structure. From what I read, no financial agreements were revealed but there was a comment saying how Adobe wanted to do this to introduce more people to its products.
That’s probably not a bad idea since so many people are using ChatGPT. Assuming it’s a free license, they probably still earn so much from their subscription services that this will be more like a targeted ad expense that is guaranteed exposure. Their competition is sites like Canva which seems so much cheaper and is integrated in a lot of AI platforms. So Adobe has some catching up.
