It\u2019s not uncommon to see people asking for money on the streets where socially if you have money to spare then your one dollar can probably go a long way towards helping another. However, seeing this today kind of surprised me as this person had a sign saying that they needed $800 to pay for the monthly rent it seems. That is actually the first time I have seen someone ask for that much while in a sense listing specifically what it would be for. It then made me think of the topic of lifestyle.<\/p>\n
Generally speaking I am not here to debate if the person is real or not as that is something I can\u2019t really answer. Example, there was big news recently of a person faking in being homeless where they drove a car as an example. But it made me wonder financially if you were in a position where you simply couldn\u2019t pay the rent for whatever reason on a consistent basis what would you do? Find a way to get more money like this or go towards finding new places to stay such as maybe a public shelter of some sort?<\/p>\n
In an interesting way I would assume the person wrote the rent sign because people can relate better to counter the stereotype that the individual will be using it for drugs or alcohol as an example. But generally speaking if one can\u2019t afford the situation they are in I would imagine it\u2019s better to go with the direction of they need help to migrate to a situation that they will be able to sustain. Example, maybe instead of asking for $800 and hoping someone will give it to them offering a good side job role for them would be a permanent solution.<\/p>\n
That\u2019s what I think is most important if you are in a financial dilemma where getting help to adjust the situation of sort as opposed to trying to maintain it when you can\u2019t is the better route. It just keep reminding me otherwise that it will kind of being like that homeless man documentary of the person getting $100,000 and losing it all pretty quickly. You have to change the attitude and lifestyle choices I feel as opposed to just asking for money.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
