I noticed something interesting over the past few days. As mentioned before, for some people I am combining funds with others so that we can all buy larger value gifts for certain people. Now this also means that someone needs to actually buy the gift.<\/p>\n
Interestingly enough, for one person the gift had to be bought online and the people in this group mentioned that they were afraid of using their credit card as they have been doing very well so far in avoiding it to prevent them from over spending. For myself, I would much rather use the credit card than cash to earn bonuses which essentially translates to free money. Sure enough, I ended up buying it.<\/p>\n
As well, I was reading an article on how so many people definitely have that same mentality where they are leaving their credit cards at home and going back to cash due to the economy issue. While I guess I understand the logic as it is kind of like a person trying to eat less by avoiding certain items, I just think there should be better ways to get the benefit of using the card and at the same time restricting yourself if you are one that can\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t seem to control yourself.<\/p>\n
Example, there are credit cards where you actually have to put in money into your account and hence that is all the funds you will be able to spend. That way, you get the benefits and you limit yourself to not go over. Of course, the best way is to just pay your bills in full all the time and simply don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t spend what you don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t have.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
