The price seems pretty good too at an asking price of about $610,000.  The interesting thing was that apparently they tried to ell it for about $800,000 before.<\/p>\n<p>One interesting factor about this house though is that a person died in it through natural causes, the original owner, and because of that a lot of people refuse to buy it with the fear that it would create bad luck to them.  As a result, I wouldn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t be surprised if the offers will be significantly less than the asking price in order to sell it.<\/p>\n<p>I know for some people even if you say broke the whole house down and literally just created a new one they would still not want to live on that property if they know there was a death there.
