I was reading this story today of a musician who decided to drop her job in order to pursue her dreams in becoming a singer. The interesting thing was without the stable full-time income she apparently lives in her van. For the most part it seems like she makes it work where obviously the mobile life means she can\u2019t exactly have a huge closet of clothes and such. It\u2019s kind of another story I read of people opting to not in a sense own a house.<\/p>\n
I think the real benefit of something like this is that I am sure you will learn how little you actually need to live. While some people have like thirty pairs of shoes with some kind of fancy shoe rack at the door to store them all this shows how little you really need. The topic about clothes was kind of interesting as she was saying how she pretty much has to wear the same style of clothes most of the time. When I think about it even people who own a closet full of stuff often wear the same stuff more often as well.<\/p>\n
It makes me wonder if anyone could be a van dweller of sort while working a regular nine to five corporate style job. In some ways it is like owning those tiny houses except people always have to be on the move as they need to find places to park the vehicle. Would be cheaper but way less convenient in some ways such as not having a shower or restroom. I always enjoy reading stories like this though as it makes you think about how many things in your life where having too much money is making you spend more than you have to.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
