From what I read before, essentially these accounts you can place in a certain amount of money every year, kind of like an RRSP, except you can withdraw money with worrying about having to pay taxes on it.<\/p>\n<p>I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122m actually really interested in this as it sounds like a great incentive to save money without all the headaches of calculating whether or not you are truly making the right choice in the long run.  I wonder if there are any fine prints to this though.
