For myself I often have the habit of reading the back labels and fine prints when it comes to buying things nowadays. Especially when it comes to food products. This is not only for say health reasons, but value wise too I know how many times the things we buy are not all that it is cracked up to be based on our assumptions. So today a family member bought some honey and they said it was pretty expensive.<\/p>\n

As you can see, based on the front label I would assume the price is the way it is as people want natural local products where many times it costs more. The main thing that sticks out to me too in looking at this are the words \u201cNatural\u201d and \u201cCanada.\u201d But out of curiosity as usual I tend to read the back labels. As you can see here, in this case it indicates that this product is \u201cA Blend of Chinese and Canadian honey\u201d which means it\u2019s not entirely from Canada. It is \u201cpacked in Canada\u201d though. It kind of makes me wonder if like here it\u2019s 95% \u201cChinese Honey\u201d and 5% \u201cCanadian honey.\u201d<\/p>\n

It kind of shows you the importance of reading the back labels though. Especially if you are paying a premium for what you assume are things like local products. Kind of reminds me of the label \u201cMade with real fruit\u201d where the majority of it is actually artificial stuff. If you are going to spend your hard earned money on anything you should make sure you are actually getting what you are expecting.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
