I have been looking for some supplemental fitness routine lately and as a result I have been researching a lot about different disciplines and as well how much various schools charge. Sometimes it seems mind boggling where I read about programs such as a local Crossfit gym and the monthly fees seem to be in the range of about $200 a month. Whenever I see programs like these cost so much I then try and breakdown exactly what you would be learning from it.<\/p>\n
From what I gather, there seemed to be a lot of exercises that you could learn in say a gymnastic class as an example. That then got me curious to see how much a gymnastic oriented class would cost and overall it was definitely cheaper and you would get more classes. So in that sense I could be getting more by say taking a gymnastic class and then using the excess funds to buy certain equipment for home use.<\/p>\n
I\u2019ve never actually done programs like a Crossfit and so I can\u2019t really judge it of course which isn\u2019t the intent of this post. Instead, examples like these should hopefully open up your thinking as to how many times you are paying for the marketing and community aspect of a program. Breaking it down should give you a better perspective of the value of various programs to clearly see if it is worth it or not for your needs.<\/p>\n
It\u2019s almost no different from food where placing some icing swirl on a treat somehow makes the product worth $2 more. The more you break it down the better decisions you can make with your money.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
