At the same time, being able to potentially contribute my skills and experience to help a business grow.  As a result of this, I was presented with a list of some books to read to better help to prepare for the experience.  The books are &#8211; &#8220;The Lean Startup&#8221; by Eric Ries, &#8220;Crossing the Chasm&#8221; by Geoffrey Moore and &#8220;Startup Owners Manual\u201d by Steve Blank.<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s a lot of books to read than what I am normally used to since I usually rely more on first-hand experience as the way to learn.  I have heard of these book before though.  If it gets recommended that much it must be useful.
