I know the Sochi 2014 Winter Olympics have been happening for awhile and at the same time I haven\u2019t been keeping updated with it due to work. This made me wonder if this is one of those things where it is such a global event that you should force yourself to take time to keep updated as this is the type of stuff that usually comes up as conversation starts at business networking events.<\/p>\n
I feel kind of silly not staying updated as reading some of these results it seems like Canada is doing the best with like 4 gold medals and 9 in total. One part of my mind says \u201cget back to work\u201d and the other says \u201cAlways keep updated.\u201d I think in these cases I will probably find like a news feed or display a TV feed through a secondary monitor while doing work. I know a lot of people get distracted this way but I have done it before without too much issue. Almost feels like an excuse to buy a new monitor too that I have been holding off until I see a good deal\u2026\u2026<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
