I had a person tell me today that I should tune in to the shopping channel here as apparently there was going to be a big sale for an item I was looking for. My first reaction was \u201cThe shopping channel?\u201d I reacted that way as from my experience I never thought the prices on these types of platforms were that great as it seems like it\u2019s more of a place where you can find new products in a As Seen On TV type of fashion.<\/p>\n
If anything, I would imagine watching these channels would make you buy things that you probably don\u2019t need. Although, just because I personally haven\u2019t really seen significant savings on these platforms doesn\u2019t necessarily mean others haven\u2019t.
