I was reading some notes today on how the local cable company here was changing its rates for the Internet service where two packages happen to b the exact same price. One is faster than the other while offering more data usage yet the slower package is going to be priced the same as the higher speed one. Apparently the company indicated this on everyone’s bills but I suppose this is those situations where people won’t bother to read it.<\/p>\n
There will probably be thousands of people who will be paying the higher rate for the same service. Regardless if I am on a service contract I usually try to look at what the current market is offering as it helps me to stay in tune with what the industry has to offer. Cell phone plans are notorious for changing its rates where customers stay on older plans when they could just phone in and switch to something better. <\/p>\n
In those cases too they do often mention it on your monthly invoices or statements. Either way, go research about your plans now as you may be paying more and getting less than you should.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
