I was watching these episodes of Dragon’s Den and Shark Tank and one thing I have often seen the investors do on these shows is that they tell the entrepreneurs they have X amount of time to make a decision or they are out. Of course this is an on the spot pressure way of trying to get a deal in many ways I guess you can say.<\/p>\n
I have never actually seen people do this in real life personally as opposed to in a situation that was meant to mock another person. Makes me wonder what I would think in that situation such as whether I would be focusing more on if the deal makes sense or if the offer was more for entertainment, so to speak. I was thinking too for these TV shows as the pitcher, since the deals don’t always go through in the end even though both parties say yes you could agree to it and then do more due diligence after to confirm if you are in or out.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
