I was a little surprised the other day when I dropped by the mall as this one area that has a lot of large stores was completely closed off. At first I thought it was just the pathway being reconstructed. So, I tried to go through a different route. However, even that seemed closed off. I then decided to do a little research online about it and apparently the reason that the area was closed off is because they were going to create condos there now.<\/p>\n
From what I knew too those businesses were still dong pretty good. I guess overall it wasn’t good enough to stop condo developers from taking over. It almost makes you wonder where at this rate soon most commercial real estate space will mostly be used as like housing for people and everyone will simply order everything online and have it delivered.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
