What was funny is that more people here nowadays give money to the kids instead such as a one dollar coins.  Reason being is that they thought the kids would like it more anyways since they can buy whatever they want.  A lot of people are shocked by that.  While I think that is expensive, I don\u2019t see why it is strange though.<\/p>\n<p>For example, it&#8217;s not uncommon for people to purchase coupon books for Halloween where for each coupon the child has they can redeem it at some place for like a free ice cream cone.  Although, it would be kind of weird if all of a sudden like a whole block of people all gave the kids money.
