The crazy thing was they used a percentage base number where you would initially just read things like \u201c100% fee increase.\u201d  That sure got the eyebrows going up.  The actually number itself wasn&#8217;t too bad though as it was like a five cent fee going to ten cent.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m not sure if there is say some kind of industry requirement that forces them to do something like.
