The first thing I noticed was that this rebate was in a form of an American Express pre-paid credit card.  I was then thinking how this actually limited me in terms of where I could spend this as most places usually accept Mastercard or Visa only.<\/p>\n<p>I was literally thinking of selling this to a person for $30 in cash if it comes down to it that I wanted to spend it in a place that didn&#8217;t accept American express.
