Instead of doing it in a more conventional way such as posting a help wanted ad and interviewing people they packaged it as a contest instead.  Essentially, it&#8217;s like a reality show where people are fighting for the top prize.<\/p>\n<p>I was just thinking how much more exposure they get this way in doing so.  It&#8217;s almost like doing your recruiting and advertising for your company at the same time.  The tricky thing is presenting it in a way where it&#8217;s actually entertaining I guess you can say as you are essentially turning it into an event of some sort.
