Anyone seeing in their area of people getting hysterical about the radiation due to the nuclear plants in Japan and how many assumed that it will spread to far away countries? It’s kind of amazing as apparently people are buying all these iodine pills to help protect them from radiation. To my knowledge, like here in Vancouver it is way too far away from Japan to be concerned about that as if it was a national disaster type of incident.<\/p>\n
I was just thinking how powerful a simple news report can be to people where they won’t just sit down to think for themselves on just how bad or dismissible a situation really is. At this rate these things will sell like it is a brand new electronic that has been released and hyped up for ages.
