I was thinking recently as I was trying to find some piece of software that could actually type out what I’m saying as it would actually speed up things like writing on this blog for example, but a lot of the speaking programs are actually hundreds of dollars. For example, I know one of the big ones is called dragon naturally speaking and it’s not something I really want to invest in, but I just want to use it to save time like right now. So funny enough. Actually, while talking to some of those AI programs just to test it out, they were actually saying a lot of the programs like phones nowadays actually have built-in voice dictation where it’ll actually write down exactly what you’re saying and so I decide to try it out. And that’s what I’m doing right now for this vlog. <\/p>\n
I’m basically just talking and it’s typing everything that I’m saying because I just want to test out to see how accurate it is. I won’t edit it if there’s some kind of error, because again, this is a test on whether or not you could actually just use a lot of the built-in tool nowadays as opposed to actually paying hundreds of dollars for a solution. Is it going to be perfect? I highly doubt it, but I would think for something like this it should be pretty straightforward, funny enough too as I’m seeing this right out. At first I thought it was making an error as everything is underlined. But what I’m realizing is as I’m talking is trying to correct the grammar I believe in real time. <\/p>\n
So if this actually works great. What I’m thinking is actually trying this for the next couple of days to see if it actually helps to increase my productivity in general and as well it shows you there’s a lot of stuff out there. There’s actually free that you could use, but you just have to. I guess do a little bit more research because many times we buy all these products and software where it has exactly the features that we want.
