Well, this was a fascinating read as apparently there is this game award called the Indie Game Awards 2025 and a game titled Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 originally won but w was then was disqualified due to it having AI generated components. I suppose the organizers only learned about this after the fact of course and the runner up ended up winning. That\u2019s fascinating to think about because AI is used a lot to help increase productivity. But at the same time, will this mean companies will restrict their ability to get global recognition in these ways?<\/p>\n
One could argue too if the business is saving and making a lot of money they could care less about winning some award. At the same time, I would imagine a lot of companies would love the accolade of winning awards and being recognized by their peers. Once you make all the money you need too in these types of industries I think for a lot of companies expanding their audience is probably more valuable than just saving a few dollars here and there.<\/p>\n
