This was interesting as apparently a street has been renamed in Vancouver from \u201cTrutch Street\u201d to now \u201c\u0161x\u02b7m\u0259\u03b8k\u02b7\u0259y\u0313\u0259mas\u0259m\u201d street. Even I had no idea how to read that. Apparently, its English name is \u201cMusqueamview\u201d and there are actually two signs on the streets now. While there is conversations that this was changed to do the history of the person the street was named after and how this is supposed to be an act of reconciliation, one topic that seemed to have been completely overlooked is how a lot of people may have unexpected financial expenses now and more.<\/p>\n
Despite there being an English sign, the legal name of the street is \u201c\u0161x\u02b7m\u0259\u03b8k\u02b7\u0259y\u0313\u0259mas\u0259m\u201d which theoretically means if you have official government documents it must have that as your address. There are even concerns now that the computer systems don\u2019t produce those characters by default also which adds another dimension of obstacles.<\/p>\n
