I got an e-mail this afternoon from a real estate agent who was telling me that the real estate market was hot right now and that the price point of houses can be sold at a very attractive point. Basically, anyone thinking of selling should be able to turn a decent profit. To make it more likely you can sell it the mortgage rates are pretty low here as of now.<\/p>\n
People usually say that a house is a better investment than say going to the stock market. I can\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t imagine someone treating their house like some kind or Forex investment though where they say buy and live in a house that they were able to get cheap and then sell and move to a different one when the market is good to make a profit.<\/p>\n
Think the only real practical way to do this I think is if you literally purchased another house or property and treated it as an investment where you rent it and then sell it in the future.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
