Even though I am in Canada there is so much talk about how tomorrow it\u2019s the US inauguration of the new presidents where apparently hundreds of new executive orders will be signed. The talk about tariffs on Canadian goods sounds troubling to many with people either talking about retaliation or funny enough just treating it like a regular day.<\/p>\n
I think for myself I am going to treat it as a regular day and see what happens as usually in these cases it can be like businesses talking tough to size each other up in an effort to create a better negotiation environment for oneself. In many way it is just like having an election here where for the average person there probably won\u2019t be too much difference in their daily lives minus the fact that they will see people arguing about politics in general.<\/p>\n
Obviously certain policies can greatly affect one\u2019s industries which could mean job loss or growth. But again, in these cases you kind of have to wait and see what one actually does as many times people don\u2019t follow through with promises as well.
