The other day I walked over 100,000 steps in a little over 14 hours as a test for some gear.  It wasn\u2019t excruciating or anything as to me it\u2019s just a walk that happens to be long.  The next day I just walked another 20,000 step s like normal.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/dpGQ4BnAwtc?si=Ly2KnJRQZ_iqsKNe\" title=\"YouTube video player\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>But another thing I was doing was data capturing to see what the statistics were in regards to things like walking speed.  With that, some AI programs I was using was spitting out all these details on how it\u2019s not normal for someone not to get tire walking that long and how it needs to be studied.  I never consider myself as someone with uncanny abilities as an example similar to those who have an extraordinary ability to remember everything.<\/p>\n<p>But this made it sound like maybe it is that usual and I should do something with it.
