This got me thinking as today a person I knew mentioned how they will need to take it easy as he was suffering from a rib injury. People were curious as to what he did that got him hurt as the assumption is that it was a work-related accident since he does have to lift heavy objects a lot. Apparently, he got one of his friend to try and \u201ccrack his back\u201d back into place which isn\u2019t too unusual. However, it didn\u2019t go as planned and he got injured.<\/p>\n
Even my initial thought was wouldn\u2019t it be better to actually go to someone who does this professionally? This is one of those things where saving a few dollars may not be the best idea when it comes to your health and well-being. Because if something goes wrong you will end up paying even more and possibly forever.<\/p>\n
Of course things can happen even in a professional environment, but odds are they will be equipped to minimize the risk and take care of any unexpected accidents.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
