Over the past couple of months I have been giving a person advice on how to approach their projects and it seemed like they were experiencing success which was fantastic. So, it looked like all they had to do was keep going right? However, with this growth they still wanted to grow faster and therefore they started to experiment with the thought that if it doesn\u2019t work they could always go back to what they were doing.<\/p>\n
In this case It didn\u2019t work. Unfortunately, going back wasn\u2019t that simple. In doing this, the person actually lost a lot of existing customers that assumed the organization was changing and it is no longer a place for them. Therefore, they have to once gain work hard to either capture a new audience or create enough work to win back those that left.<\/p>\n
That\u2019s always a tricky thing as it can be bad to simply do the same thing over and over without any type of innovation. That\u2019s usually how a competitor can just come in and pull the rug under from a market leader as an example. Some companies do a compromise where they literally open up new companies for the sake of exploring new ideas. Granted you won\u2019t get the immediate brand recognition advantage, but it\u2019s a safer bet overall.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
