I recently saw a person who appeared to make a decent living selling courses online where buyers would also be included into a private group of sort for further support. It\u2019s very similar to generic programs costing thousands of dollars online that promise to teach you how to create a lot of money online as an example. As expected, some people swear by the programs while others rip it apart as some sort of scam. With that in mind, it seemed like most places with conversations about it outside of the paid clientele group seems to be gaining more traction in criticizing the program as a scam.<\/p>\n
Now many times operators of such programs would just ignore these types of criticism for the most part and just focus in trying to sell more courses. But for some reason the person decided to address it to their existing customer base. Everyone in the person\u2019s group was supportive of course. But it makes you wonder is that the right move to address these comments?<\/p>\n
Now on one end addressing it can show a sign of genuine care and growth to help promote the business in the same manner as a restaurant taking criticism seriously to improve. On the other end, there are those who only want to hate on certain people and businesses to bring them down. This one is odd as I would think if you are going to address it then it should be towards the people who are upset versus the group that will always agree with them. Otherwise, it would kind of backfire where it appears the person recognizes they did something bad but is not willing to apologize to those whom they have disappointed.<\/p>\n
If you are going to address it then you should be prepared to speak directly to those groups of people, I think.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
