This got me thinking as today I saw a friend post a call out to everyone he knew as the company he worked for apparently needed workers and he figured someone may be interested. Now usually companies would simply advertise on job sites as an example as there should usually be a l lot of candidates there. But that does make you think, shouldn\u2019t you always ask people in your immediate circle first?<\/p>\n
I would imagine doing so would actually be beneficial in the sense of odds are the person would be more trustworthy for you to associate with them in the first place. As well, you technically don\u2019t need to spend hundreds of dollars just to advertise the fact that you are now hiring. I know a lot of companies usually have referral programs for sort of that reason where it can be cheaper to hire people that already have some kind of connection to people already in the company.<\/p>\n
I usually try and ask people in my social circle first if I needed some kind of service as an example as you may as well give them the business if they can do the job. Perhaps that makes sense for hiring workers too.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
