Well this was kind of odd but it probably happens a lot I would imagine. Today I was reading how a company was looking for specific types of skill for their business but they didn\u2019t really leave much details about the company for people to evaluate its legitimacy. So usually people often use search engines such as Google in an effort to try and learn more about the business and the people behind it. In this case, the names when searched online came up to be known criminals. For sure you shouldn\u2019t associate with them as a result right? Well, apparently it wasn\u2019t them specifically as the people that popped up just happened to have the exact same name.<\/p>\n
It makes you think how many times this kind of thing happens where people can\u2019t discern the difference if it is just a text article to the point where they will simply conclude that the mistaken identity is legitimate. If you knew you shared a name with someone infamous like that, do you actually do anything to try and prevent people from unfairly judging you for stuff that has no relations to you? I know it\u2019s not uncommon too for people with a criminal history to literally change their name so that it\u2019s harder to find reference to their past.<\/p>\n
I know for myself I would just try and make sure that my own information is very clear that I am not that person just simply with the use of an easily accessible profile with picture and all. Would be a little silly if people mistook say an Asian guy for someone of a completely different race as an example. So if anything, at least in that case you could still get extra eyes on your business where maybe those people actually did need your product or services in the future.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
