She even mentioned that if she purchased a product that was unused since purchasing it and she found a coupon for it later she would return the item to apply the coupon on it.<\/p>\n<p>With that thought, some people were saying that they would never do that for certain items as it would seem too embarrassing.  Example, imagine buying a $3 box of cereal and finding a coupon that would give you $2 off. Basically, many people would feel too silly to return the item to save the $2 in that scenario.<\/p>\n<p>I think the only time I wouldn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t return an item to get the discount is if traveling back to the location would cost more money. Example, a price difference of two cents wouldn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t be worth the amount of money it would cost to get to the store if a vehicle was required.
