The snow really came down today with reportedly over 30cm of snow which of course caused traffic chaos. It was actually very cold as well and what was interesting to see was how so many people began to buy winter clothing and accessories such as gloves and jackets to wear right at that moment.<\/p>\n
You can imagine the profits for a lot of companies too where the consumers don’t really care about the price too much as they need something that works right now. Probably in the same vein as someone eating a super spicy item and then wanting any kind of liquid to try and cool it down.<\/p>\n
I would have thought something like a winter jacket would be in everyone’s closet like every other seasonal wear. But obviously not from what I saw. Some people definitely spend way too much on clothing items that they never wear. But preparing for extreme weather ahead of time is a good idea and would save you a lot of money I would imagine.<\/p>\n
I don’t think fashion is too much of a concern as well during these times. Although you will be spending like you are buying designer items if you wait at the last moment to buy them.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
