I was reading this intriguing interview on the site VOX <\/a>where one of its workers got to interview Sam Bankman-Fried and his views when it came to running FTX and how he feels now. It was kind of alarming as to the things he admitted to lying about in an effort to get ahead. Unless he later claims that it wasn\u2019t him that wrote this, the first few bits seems to imply that he said a lot of things for PR purposes such a when talking to regulators.<\/p>\n

There then was lot of talk about how every company is essentially in it for themselves per se, there are even remarks which sounded like he knew what to say to get ahead. For example, when it comes to social issue topics it states here he apparently said \u201cby this dumbcane we woke westerners play where we say all the right shiboleths and so everyone likes us.\u201d<\/p>\n

To a certain extent you would expect a lot of businesses would be doing that for PR purposes versus genuinely supporting a cause as an example.
