I have seen a lot of examples of AI generated news reporters in places like China where it is literally computer AI reading out loud as they are told. It looks so realistic that many people can\u2019t tell the difference. Now imagine an AI writing content. Can you distinguish that from a real human? With this one example I was reading how apparently someone was posting information about their lost child and their social media profile looked like anyone else\u2019s.<\/p>\n
It seemed like the goal was to get people to donate to a fake fundraiser to find the child. Even though this was an AI robot, it was replying to people that commented which made it seem even more legitimate. It wasn\u2019t until people noticed the account replied word for word similar answers to others so quickly that it raised suspicion that it was a bot. That eventually turned out to be the case.<\/p>\n
I guess this is one extra thing that people need to be vigilante about nowadays when it comes to protecting yourself against scams that are focused in trying to take your money.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
