This was interesting as today while seeing a property the listed real estate agent decided to send another person to help him with an open house showing. So understandably, the person on presence didn\u2019t really know the details of the property inside out. This made it a little awkward as whenever he was asked questions such as basic bylaw rules of the building he was unsure of the answer. Therefore, any questions they have would need to be directed to the actual listing agent.<\/p>\n
That reminds me of times when you go into a store looking for a product where the person selling you the item doesn\u2019t really have thorough knowledge of the product. When it come to specialty stores such as an electronics one this can be an issue as people are usually looking for knowledgeable advice in purchasing expensive products. I can easily see one store losing the sale over another based purely if they had knowledgeable staff on site.<\/p>\n
However, I don\u2019t know anyone that walks into the grocery store and expecting the staff to know nutritional values of the food they sell. In cases like that knowledgeable product experts are more of a bonus.
