Today I went through the mall looking for a toy as a person requested for a Transformer toy as a gift. I asked which figure in particular and he said Bumblebee. The thing is there are so many different types of transformer items ranging from the cartoon series to the CG film versions. So I had to take a guess that it was the cartoon versions that the child was interested in.<\/p>\n

When I went to the toy sections there were a lot of Bumblebee characters with different pricing. It seemed like the average price was almost $30. So I decided on a specific one but to me it actually felt too expensive at the $30 price tag for what it was I felt. I was originally going to go for the more high end looking one as a result. However, I decided to scan the price to make sure there wasn\u2019t potentially a sale that was unmarked as it happens a lot.<\/p>\n

As it turns out, the item actually scanned at $14.97. That is usually a clearance price number. Looking at the result as well the description on the screen was different than the label the toy was placed under. I can only imagine it was due to the staff thinking they are all Bumblebee per se so just stick them on there huh?<\/p>\n

Just another example on how checking the prices with these scanners can definitely surprise you while assisting you to get the best valued item. I was originally thinking of spending at least $20 too where this gives more options to get the person more items.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
