So the secret formula is to just work had and you will be rewarded correct?  With that I was reading how a person was frustrated that after years of working hard he seems to always be looked over for larger roles as many times companies also opt to go with people who have less experience.  That doesn\u2019t make sense right?  Someone loyal and working hard should be first on the list.<\/p>\n<p>But apparently one of the biggest issue employers had with the person is how he is very outspoken about beliefs he has in life and is not shy to get into heated debates or challenge decisions he may feel are inappropriate.  This is all done in a diplomatic way of course with no violence.  But because of this people feel that sooner or later the person would act rebellious towards the company which wouldn\u2019t be a good thing.  For example, whether he is right or wrong it could create a tense situations versus someone who would just take orders and go.<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s probably super common and it makes you wonder, should you just play it low for the sake of advancing in the world?  A lot of artist do that as an example where even though they truly despise or dislike a certain practice they go along with it as it is necessary to get those opportunities.  It\u2019s only after once they are really established then you see them coming out everywhere about issues they feel strongly about.
