I was kind of surprised as this year due to all the pandemic safety precautions I would have thought the annual fair would be cancelled as there is no way to realistically avoid a large crowd in these settings. However, as it turns out it seems like they are actually going to go ahead and open up this year. One thing it seems like they are trying for Canada Day is having a drive through event where cars will literally go through the fair as if it was a parade.<\/p>\n
This way I suppose it definitely limits the human contact factor while in a sense still doing something. It makes you wonder how many other things you could technically do this for. Can you imagine visiting an aquarium of sort where one would adjust the layout to have cars dive by to see the sights? At the same time would you actually be willing to do that versus walking up to the glass windows to see the animals as an example?<\/p>\n
They did say outdoor movies was supposed to be big again with all these factors but that doesn\u2019t seem to have taken off. Will be interesting to see how many businesses try stuff like this in an effort to just do something to stay in business.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
