There are a lot of advisories right now to wear gloves whenever you go out to certain places. As well, a lot of cashiers at stores have been wearing them to stay sanitized. I did notice for one company this whole pandemic seemed like a good reason for them to finally say that they will no longer be offering paper flyers for people to learn about sales as everything will now have to be accessed through digital means.

I guess it’s just a matter of time before this will be true everywhere. It did get people upset such as how people were saying the paper flyer is just convenient or that it is easier for elders to read. It kind of made me think in these cases would you usually consult with your customer base first or is it better just to make them adapt to it?

Because like with any change you are going to have those who insist that you never change as many don’t like to period. I would imagine in situations like these though maybe the best way is to go ahead with the changes but do it gradually such as educating people why the new way is faster and better.
