Usually when I shop at places getting reward points can often be the deciding factor on whether or not I purchase an item from one store over the other. Especially if it is the exact same item at the same prices you may as well get a little extra for your purchase. There are sometimes those enticing deals where if you spend a certain amount of money in one visit then you can get a lot of reward points. So you scramble to see if you can warrant any purchases to take advantage of it as you could be saving say 30%.<\/p>\n

But seeing this reward point offer today has got to be one of the worst, if not the worst, I have ever seen. As you can see from this screenshot Shopper\u2019s Drug Mart was offering people 19 points if they spent $50 or more at a store. That is like two cents literally. Would you be enticed to spend $50 to get 2 cents back from your purchase?<\/p>\n
