Recently I was hearing a story of a person who essentially inherited a house as the person\u2019s mom passed away. She couldn\u2019t really live there and so her goal is to simply sell the place and use the money for other things which is understandable. But the crazy thing I thought was that the person was apparently willing to sell the property for almost one hundred thousand dollars less than the actual property value.<\/p>\n
It seemed like she simply wanted to try and get rid of it fast. If you think about it, this is essentially free money for her too as she didn\u2019t exactly pay for the place in the first place. To me that is kind of crazy. I feel that\u2019s why it\u2019s important to be grounded and appreciate the things you have and receive. For myself I always treat other people\u2019s money as if it was my own. That\u2019s why I am often reluctant to accept expensive things from people or if they treat me to say a meal I am usually still money conscious as if it was my own.<\/p>\n
I guess as apparent it plays a factor like here where if you don\u2019t really value other people\u2019s money too you can probably end up actually wasting a lot. Probably a great deal for the buyer but it just feels like such a waste of an inheritance, so to speak.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
